Is KhataFlow free to use?
Yes. The core khata features — digital ledger, customer tracking, PDF statements, and My Khata for customers — are free forever. There is no trial period or expiry. A Pro plan at ₹199/month unlocks unlimited customers, multi-shop support, and bulk SMS to all customers.
Does KhataFlow work without internet?
Yes. KhataFlow is offline-first. Every sale and payment is saved to your phone instantly, even without internet. Your data syncs to the cloud automatically when you come back online.
How do I send payment reminders to customers?
Go to the Reminders screen, select overdue customers, and tap "Send SMS". KhataFlow sends a personalised udhar reminder to all selected customers at once. WhatsApp reminders are also available for a personal touch.
Can I use KhataFlow for multiple shops?
Yes. With the Pro plan, you can manage up to 3 shops from a single KhataFlow account — each with its own customers, ledger, and inventory.
Is my business data safe on KhataFlow?
Absolutely. All your ledger data is encrypted with AES-256 — both on your phone and in transit to our servers. Your data is automatically backed up to the cloud and only your account can access your shop records.
How does the referral program work?
Every shop on KhataFlow gets a unique referral code.
